Ever wonder how we stay on top of everything that goes on at Thirty Hair?

There’s a simple yet complex answer to that. Communication.

Every Saturday morning, we meet as a team for 20 minutes to discuss the week, the upcoming busy day and what’s new and happening.

The first Tuesday of every month we get together for 2 hours, that’s right 2 HOURS to work on what’s happening, the numbers, new products, new ideas for events and services, you name it.

We utilized it a little differently considering our circumstances and used it to set up our form and organize all the questions but now we can use it for any future hires to play and learn!

There was a lot of laughter from our teams, some fighting over the right answer and a few light bulbs went off in the learning department!

One of the best topics of learning was Aveda Facts. Did you know that Clove shampoo was one of the first products made by the founder, Horst Rechelbacher? He made it in his kitchen at first until he founded Aveda!

We also had fun debating the combined amount of children we have from our team, which Aveda shampoos are sulfate free and how many hair masks there are in the Aveda line.

All in all, congrats to our winners, Isabelle and Kara for knowing the most overall about Thirty Hair this month at staff meeting! And a special thanks to Isabelle, who made the whole team an amazing lunch to enjoy while we learned and played!
